Check-in : From 12 pm | Check-out : Up to 11 am
· Reception : from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
· Breakfast : from 7h30 a.m. to 10h30 a.m. Book it on your reservation 7€/person/day, or at your arrival 8€/person/day.
· Early Check-in and Late Check-out : 35€ / service. Subject to availability (please, ask at reception).
· Loundry service : 4€ / service.
· Parking : 17€ / night. Includes free electrics chargers.
· Pets : Not accepted.
· Languages spoken : Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
· Tourist tax : 1,10€ per adult per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (for guests over 16).
· Deposit : 50€. A deposit will be charged when the keys are handed over and will be returned on the day of departure, providing the condition of the apartment meets the standards set by the management. During the period the Reception is not open 24 hours, the deposit refund will be made the day after the departure. Payments and refunds will be made by credit card (cash is not accepted).
· Children and extra beds : Maximum number of extra beds in the room: 0. Cots are available: 7€ per stay. Cots must be requested directly from reception and confirmed by them. Any supplements must be paid directly to reception.
· Cleaning : For stays of 1 week, one cleaning with a change of bedclothes and towels is included.
· Cards accepted : VISA / Mastercard. To make the payment of your reservation by credit card we need to enter the PIN physically. For security, signature credit cards will not be accepted.
Cancellation policy : From 01/07 to 31/08 or 7 days before your arrival date or in the case of a no-show, the equivalent of two nights will be charged; at all other times, in the case of cancellation less than one day before arrival or a no-show, one night will be charged.
· Maximum capacity : The apartment cannot be occupied by more than the number of people stated on the booking. Our reception staff is authorised to check the number of people in an apartment at any time to confirm this. If an incident is detected, all the occupants will be required to vacate the apartment and the deposit will not be refunded.
· Minimum price : The establishement reserves the right not to accept bookings below the price of 70 €.
